Her expertise is focused in software architectures\, software systems engineering\, data processing and advanced algorithms.Significant contributions to satellite systems specifically include end-to-end software system architectures\, space and ground data processing chain architectures\, and advanced data processing algorithms and solutions. Ms. Kerner has supported satellite launches and operational programs including serving as the Satellite Operations Manager during Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) launch and early orbit testing.
