The New Mexico Museum of Space History pleased to announce a new partnership with Pizza 9 to bring the museum’s popular Science Saturday program for kids to the White Sands Mall beginning Saturday, August 14. Science Saturday is a monthly presentation by the museum’s education department that offers free hands-on STEM based science programs to kids in grades 2-7. The August 14 program is called “Sculpting the Stars” and shows kids how to create their own glow-in-the-dark constellation while at the same time teaching about the stars. The program runs from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and all building materials are provided free.
