The monthly Launch Pad Lecture at the New Mexico Museum of Space History will feature Museum Executive Director Chris Orwoll. His topic will be “The Romance of the Red Planet: Current Operations on Mars.” Orwoll will detail the on-going exploration of Mars.

The event is free and open to the public. Coffee and donuts are compliments of the International Space Hall of Fame Foundation.
The next Launch Pad Lecture will be held on Friday, September 1. The speaker will be Museum Outreach Coordinator Tony Gondola and his topic will be “Space Shuttle: A Virtual Tour.”
