“Discovery Night” at the Museum of Space History is Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on the second floor of the museum. “Discovery Night” will highlight the International Space Hall of Fame Foundation (ISHFF), Women in Aviation International (WAI), the all new STARBASE Holloman Program, and the many exciting educational opportunities that the museum’s education program offers.
More than 20,000 members across 120 countries help support Women in Aviation International. WAI is the largest nonprofit organization in the world dedicated to increasing the number of women involved in all aspects of aviation and aerospace, according to their website. The local chapter of WAI will be on hand for “Discovery Night” with special presentations to let the community know how young women in the area can be involved.
