The New Mexico Museum of Space History is pleased to introduce Olga Valanos as our new Public Relations and Marketing Director. Olga joined our team in April 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations.
Olga, an MBA graduate of Loyola College, most recently served as the Communications Lead at the foundation for one of San Antonio’s largest school districts. After spending ten years in Texas, she is excited to return to New Mexico, where she previously lived for over 12 years. New Mexico is also where Olga post-produced the award-winning documentary Generation Red Nation, which offers an honest portrayal of life on Plains Indian reservations versus city life for Indians in Denver.
Regarding her role at the museum, Olga shares, “This is a gem of a museum in a building that looks like a gemstone, and I am excited to promote it along with the history of mankind’s mission to space.”
