NM Space Academy summer camps will be held June 2-27 and July 7-Aug. 1.
Regular check-in is Monday, 9-10 am, with orientation at 10 am.
The New Mexico Space Academy offers eight week long summer camp sessions. Each session begins on Monday morning, starting June 2 and running through the last week of July. (There is no camp session the week of June 30 – July 4.)
Summer camp classes are offered for cadets entering kindergarten through 12th grade.
Cadet levels and Weekly Pricing:
Pioneer (Entering Grades K-1) $95 half day, $175 full day
Pathfinder (Entering Grades 2-3) $185
Voyager (Entering Grades 4-6) $210
Navigator (Entering Grades 7-9) $230
Explorer (Entering Grades 10-12) $230
Cadets must be entering indicated grades. Day camps are held Monday-Friday, 9 am-4 pm. Pioneer class is available as half-day blocks, 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm.

Early drop offs 8-9 am, add $5 per day. Late pick-up 4-5 pm,
add $5 per day.
1+1+1 = 10! Three bookings (three cadets, one cadet three times, etc.) gets a 10% discount. Museum members and military (with ID) receive
a 10% discount. Only one discount may be applied.
Camps include museum tour, IMAX movie, planetarium show, and a field trip (usually on Tuesday or Wednesday). Each camper gets a T-shirt and cap (extras may be purchased).
Rocket launches are held Friday morning, 10-12, in the upper parking lot. Parents and the public are invited. Parking is restricted to the east side, and at your own risk. Please follow the Launch Director’s directions. Please do not pull your child from the group without checking with his teacher first. You may enter the launch area to take pictures of your child during setup and launch, but with staff permission and escort to ensure everyone’s safety.
Graduation is at 3 p.m. in the Tombaugh Theater. You are invited.
