The NMMSH Education Department has several programs we can bring to your classroom, Including: STARLAB, science classes and interactive shows.


The Traveling Science Classroom
Exciting science, captivating demonstrations, and enthusiastic education shuttle your students into a new world of ideas. We offer four different traveling classes for the 2009-2010 school year.
Air Today, Gone Tomorrow (The Science of Air)
Newton's Circus (Gravity and Motion)
The Fizz of Fuel (Chemistry)
Roll with the Flow (Fluid Dynamics)

$150 per hour. Maximum number of students per hour is 50.

Fall 2009-A Presentation of the New Mexico Museum of Space History and the New Mexico Space Academy


The New Mexico Museum of Space History is proud to present Parallax our traveling auditorium space science spectacular. This hour-long interactive science show includes demonstrations, images, videos, and prizes. This educational extravaganza promises to be an experience your students will never forget.
